Purchases from DLB TECH LLC can be returned in their unopened, original packaging up to 14 days after purchase.Modems, routers, and virtual licenses are all considered final sales and cannot be returned.All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.To start a return please send an email to info@dlbtech.com.

Refunds

After a return has been received, inspected, and accepted a check will be sent to you via USPS with the refund amount.

Consulting

Unless consulting time is purchased, hardware and licensing sales do not include any free consutling/setup. Let us know if you would like to purchase consulting services!
